Job Description
Our client, a $2B Specialty Pharma company, is the fastest growing company in the industry. They offer Specialty Infusion services, Specialty Mail Services, and a PBM.
The Company has created an expansion position for a successful Infusion Sales Executive living in Manhattan or another NYC borough, or on Long Island, NY. Get on the train with this market leader!
The Infusion Sales Executive will market specialty infusion products and services to key infectious disease, gastroenterology, pain management and hematology-oncology physicians as well as hospital discharge planners in the assigned territory.
Qualified individuals will have:
1. Outstanding record of selling products or service to these patient referral sources
2. NO prohibitive non-compete contract
If you have sold to these sales targets successfully in the past, but not recently, you may still be strongly considered.
Our client offers an above-market base salary and an unusually generous commission plan. Car allowance + mileage reimbursement also included. Company benefits include medical, dental, disability, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K with match.

Executive Director - Private Pay Homecare

Job Description
An Executive Director is needed to roll out a new Southern Connecticut division of a Private Pay Geriatric and Post-Surgical Care company headquartered in New England. (This is “cash” business, not commercial insurance!) The organization has enjoyed eight years of success in the Boston area and seeks to expand its reach.
The company specializes in managing medically complex cases and provides block time, highly skilled nursing services. Other services include geriatric care management, dementia care, and live-in care. They also offer meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation, if needed.
Whether their patients have had complex surgery or elective cosmetic surgery, they are afforded the opportunity to recover privately in the comfort of their home. For the fragile elderly who are “aging in place”, this service provides patient safety and peace of mind for their family.
As Executive Director, you will manage this new business unit as if it were your own! At least initially, most of your time will be spent in a business development role.
Requirements:
Solid understanding of Private Pay homecare services
MUST have successful experience developing patient referral business for either a homecare company or a long term care facility in Fairfield County to qualify for this role!
Successful leadership experience in a start-up or new service roll-out
Experience developing patient referrals for homecare or long-term-care services
Clinical credentials (RN or MSW) are required. An active license is not required.
