Our client is a leading provider of Home Healthcare with 25 licensed offices in eight states. The Company is committed to providing the very best care for their patients. The company has an excellent presence in PA and seeks an Area Branch Manager working from their Harrisburg location. The Branch Manager will also have oversight of two smaller homecare branches in York and Lancaster. These locations care for Medicaid and Private Pay patients. They are not Medicare-certified.
We seek a talented individual to lead and to grow the Harrisburg location and provide leadership for the area. One need NOT be a nurse! The Branch Director provides proactive leadership as well as oversight and direction for the day-to-day operations at the local level. He/she operates under the general supervision of the Area VP, who has responsibility for all locations in Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership to develop and encourage teamwork and cooperation and to ensure the professional growth of staff.
2. Set the plan and goals to develop homecare referrals
3. Drive overall Branch growth and increase efficiency
4. Oversee service delivery processes, ensuring excellent customer service.
5. Implement plans to improve Compliance in all aspect of branch operations to include: Clinical, Sales, Human Resources and Finance working in conjunction with appropriate corporate departments and regional support staff.
6. Analyze available reports and all information regarding the business (including, but not limited to performance metrics such as referral patterns, non-admits, business mix, overtime, hours per patient, revenue, complaints, unfilled hours, and discharges.
7. Prepare Branch for accreditation and state surveys.
8. Ability to travel as necessary for business purposes.
9. Maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of patients and/or employees as per HIPAA and company policies/procedures.

We seek a VP Business Development for our client, a boutique, private-equity backed company. The VP Business Development will be the “right hand” of the CEO.
The Company was developed to address a fundamental flaw in the clinical trials model. Traditionally, this model requires patients to be on-site for all protocol visits. By creating access to a large network of qualified homecare nurses, the company provides the means for patients to participate in clinical trials without leaving their homes.
