Regional Account Executive, Home Healthcare Services  (Manchester, NH)

Much admired multi-office Home Care company has created a new Regional Account Executive position in Southern NH...including Nashua, Manchester, Concord and Portsmouth. The company provides skilled home healthcare for both adults and pediatrics as well as nurse and aide supplemental staffing services for hospitals and school systems. The corporate culture is strongly focused on providing the best customer service possible. The Regional Account Executive will not only call on assigned accounts for patient referrals for home care services, but also will develop Managed Care relationships with Accountable Care Organizations for contracted business.

The ideal candidate will have successful experience selling home care services and have a very strong customer service orientation for a cultural fit with the company.

Account Executive, Private Pay Concierge Home Care Services  (Manhattan, NY)
85-90K Salary + Uncapped Commission.  Total opportunity first year is mid-six figures!!

Unique sales opportunity in Manhattan for a very professional, articulate and "classy" Sales Executive with experience in homecare sales or long term care sales. The territory is Manhattan only.

Our client employer is a premium private duty nursing and full service Concierge provider of Homecare Services for post surgical, chronic care and elder care clients. Their unique array of premium services deliver superior clinical outcomes and un-matched patient satisfaction through a highly personalized approach to homecare. Typical length of stay is 6-12 months per patient. The company is 10 years old, enjoys a stellar reputation for quality service, and currently provides care for wealthy clients in Boston & Cape Cod, Southern CT, Manhattan, Northern NJ and South FL.  There are no other homecare agencies in these areas providing this unique array of concierge services!!

This position has been created because of increasing demand for Concierge Homecare services, particularly in Manhattan.  Most of the patients are being discharged from the top hospitals in New York City or are already homebound and medically complex.  All have the financial resources for superior private pay care. 

This Sales Executive DOES NOT provide direct patient care nor take "call."

The employer provides excellent healthcare benefits, life and disability insurance, reimbursement for all work-related expenses, as well as a 401K and generous PTO.

Requirements:

All candidates for this opportunity must have:

1. A strong customer service orientation

2. Actionable relationships and a successful record of procuring patient referrals in this territory.

3. Clinical credentials (RN or MSW) a PLUS but not required
