IVIg is a highly technical product and the successful candidate is required to have actionable sales relationships with these physicians. The patients are often lifelong recipients of the therapy and the company pays an uncapped commission on all product sold. The company is known for going the extra mile for its physician clients to get the right drug to the right place at the right time.
This is a SERVICE SELL and the goal is PATIENT REFERRALS.
Successful Sales Executives on this team earn 200K+.

Responsibilities:
Management of the territory with the goal of maximizing IVIg sales by getting patient referrals. This requires repeated visits to the MD office and selling to multiple targets within the practice.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
Understand and address both business and scientific oriented needs of physician by engaging in meaningful dialog to determine underlying patient needs and determine how products could address such needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Recent successful sales experience working for a manufacturer of immune globulin or for a specialty pharmaceutical distribution company or a homecare company
Must have successful pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience and current, actionable relationships with office-based Immunologists and/or Neurologists in the territory who are treating NEUROMUSCULAR (not CNS) diseases
Understanding of the healthcare industry and market dynamics, trends, competitors, regulations and managed health care environment.
Ability to work independently and in a highly regulated environment
Strong Account Management skills
No viable non-compete contract

The company has created a NEW position for an outstanding homecare nurse. The RN Clinical Liaison role encompasses both clinical and basic sales skills. The primary function of this position is to act as the front line clinical contact person for existing accounts while ensuring the highest level of customer service possible. The Clinical Service Liaison will be responsible for maintaining an excellent relationship with assigned hospital accounts, identify new patients for admission to homecare services, and coordinate services for current patients.
Responsibilities

Appropriately document patient care activity and articulate all communication with patients, physician and referral source.
Collaborate with case managers, payers, referral sources, and company staff to facilitate patient discharge and coordination of care.
Conduct in-services and continuing education programs for referral sources and/or their support staff.
Recognize opportunities for expanding the business relationships with existing accounts, involving the Territory Manager or VP of Sales at the appropriate time.
Ensure documentation is legible, accurate, complete, and complies with company policy and procedure for electronic and paper patient clinical record entries.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold their current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts
Must have 2-3 years experience working in a clinical environment; at least one year of experience in home healthcare is strongly preferred.
Must have sales or sales support experience.
A valid Driver's License and own transportation
Knowledge of insurance rules and regulations as they relate to homecare services and reimbursement for same
Basic computer experience is required.
